lauraalshamie Hey There! My name is Laura Alshamie and I am a junior here at TCNJ. I am a sociology and WGS major. In addition to being involved in SAVE Peer Education, I am a facilitator in the Leadership Development Program, active in the EOF Student Alliance, and a CA with SYE. I am really looking forward to working for a second year with AVI.
maryburns Hey there! My name is Mary Burns. I am currently a sophomore Sociology major on a pre-med track! This is my first year as a SAVE peer educator. On campus, I am currently treasurer of Amnesty International. In my free time I love volunteering, watching the Philadelphia Flyers, reading, and going to concerts. I’m very open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to talk or listen to anyone who needs help. I’m looking forward to being a part of this wonderful organization!
 briannacharles Hey! My name is Brianna Charles and I’m a junior here at TCNJ. I am an Elementary Education and Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) double major with a concentration in Technology. Aside from being a new SAVE Peer Educator,  I am Vice President of my sorority, Theta Phi Alpha and enjoy being involved on campus. In my free time, I love traveling, working with children, and spending time with my family and Silky Terrier, Sparky. I love meeting new people and am looking forward to positively changing our campus community!
 meghancoppinger Hello! My name is Meghan Coppinger, and I am a junior Communication Studies and Journalism double major. I am hoping to break into the public relations industry someday. I am a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha and an on-campus intern in the CEI program. I hold a few other internships outside of school, as well. I have three loves in my life: chocolate, the beach, and the color pink. I am a very bubbly and talkative person who is so excited to help my peers learn more about SAVE Peer Education and help make our campus community amazing and safe!
 jilldemarco Hey, I’m Jill DeMarco and I’m a junior Psychology major specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and minoring in Russian and Human Resources as well. In addition to being a peer educator  I am a sister of Delta Zeta. This is my second year as a SAVE peer educator and I am so happy to be able to continue working with such wonderful peer educators. I’m always happy to talk so feel free to speak with me at any time!
 samanthadooley Hey, my name is Samantha Dooley and I am a junior at TCNJ. I am a Psychology major and a Spanish minor. On campus I am also a member of the Women in Learning and Leadership program and Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. This will be my second year as a SAVE peer educator and I can’t wait to spend another year doing what I am so passionate about with all of my amazing fellow peer educators!
jjheindel Hey, my name is JJ Heindel and I am a senior mechanical engineering major! I am also a member of the TCNJ Supermileage team and part of the community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. Outside of school, I focus my attention on rooting for the New York Giants and playing some rec basketball. It is going to be my third year as a SAVE peer educator and I’m pumped for a new year of events and programs!
 robbyheindel Hey, my name is Robby Heindel and I am a Sophomore at TCNJ. I’m an accounting major with perspective minors in psychology and economics. On campus, I’m part of the community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega and The Residence Hall Association. I take part in as many intramural sports as possible. I’m a big New York Giants Fan and I love to play almost any sport. This is my first year as a SAVE peer educator and I’m excited for all that is to come at school this year!
morganhopper Hello! My name is Morgan Hopper and this is my second year as a SAVE Peer Educator. I’m a junior majoring in Biopsychology and minoring in Spanish. On campus I am a sister of Sigma Kappa and a member of the Honors Program. In my free time I love to be with my friends, be outside, and meet new people! Joining SAVE was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I can’t wait for what the year brings. If you ever see me on campus or at the SAVE events feel free to say hello!
samlevy  Hi, my name is Samantha Levy and I am a senior nursing major here at TCNJ. Aside from SAVE Peer Educators, I am also a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. With this being my first year in SAVE, I hope to make an impact on campus, especially with the incoming freshman, about violence prevention and bystander intervention. By educating our campus about these topics, TCNJ can be the amazing, safe place I know it to be!
 angelapento Hello! My name is Angela Pento and I am a senior here at The College of New Jersey! I am majoring in Health and Exercise Science and studying to become a teacher, with a certification in special education. This is my second year as a SAVE Peer Educator and I can’t wait to get started! You might see me around campus as the President of Women’s Club Soccer or a COSA member. I love playing sports, spending time with friends and meeting new people! Please, feel free to say hello to me anytime!
annaporuks Hi! I’m Anna Poruks and I’m a junior Clinical Psychology major at TCNJ. I love meeting new people, hanging out with friends, listening to music, being outside, snowboarding, traveling, and playing volleyball. On campus I am also a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha, a member of the Psychology Club, a player on the Club Volleyball Team, and a member of the MEDLIFE club, with whom I recently travelled to Lima, Peru, to deliver medical and educational services to the impoverished communities there. Traveling to Peru was such an amazing experience that opened my eyes to the world and made me even more positive that I want to spend the rest of my life doing anything I can to help others. This is my second year as a SAVE Peer Educator and I can’t wait for another amazing year! If you ever see me around, feel free to say hello!
 mikesampayo Hey, I’m Mike. I’m a senior Criminology major hoping to become a Parole Officer working for NJSPB after I graduate. My vision is to use my crime prevention background to help stop violence at the source. This will be my third year as a SAVE PE and I’m super pumped to hit the ground running and make the program even better than it was before. Besides the former, my passions include Rap music and basically anything that has to do with Hip Hop culture. I am a member of Union Latina, and I also work as an Undergraduate Student Manager in the Stud so if you ever need some vendor tables, I got you.
amandasoler Hello! My name is Amanda Soler and I am a senior studying Biology. This will be my second year as a SAVE Peer Educator and I hold the position of Recruitment Chair. I am super excited to continue to make an impact on the TCNJ campus and the surrounding community and to spread awareness about anti-violence initiatives. I am a very outgoing and bubbly person who will put everything that I am doing aside to help my family, friends or anyone in need. Due to my personality, I was awarded the superlative of “SAVE Sweetheart”, which I am very proud of! I am also involved in other organizations on campus, such as Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society and Gateway to Graduate School in Biology. Here goes to an awesome year to come and look out for me at the SAVE events to chat or for more information on what the program has to offer!
jessparano Hello! My name is Jessica and I’m currently a senior international studies major with a Middle East concentration.I also have minors in Russian studies, and Holocaust and Genocide studies. I recently returned from a semester abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia, followed by a summer in Washington, D.C. interning for RAINN (the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). This is my third year as a SAVE Peer Educator, and I’m very excited to continue working with such a wonderful organization. Outside of being a peer educator, I am also the president of Amnesty International and the Eurasia-Middle East Society (EME), as well as a Russian, writing, and economics tutor with TCNJ’s tutoring center.
chelseavanorden I am Chelsea and I am so excited to be starting my second year as a PE with AVI! I am a WGS and History major and also a Bonner Scholar, CCS mentor and CSB member in this upcoming year. AVI is one of the best things campus has to offer and I can not wait to have another great year working with such passionate people!
 saravonbartheld Hey! My name is Sara von Bartheld. I am a junior Sociology and Women’s and Gender Studies double major at the college. I am also a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority and Women In Learning and Leadership. In my free time, I love listening to music and going to concerts. This is my second year as a SAVE Peer Educator and I am so excited to be back! My first year as a PE was not only an incredible experience, but a lot of fun too! In the future, I hope to work with domestic violence and sexual assault victims, so I love that I can start making a difference here at TCNJ.
